These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the services provided by ARUL FINANCIERS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), operating under the brand name IRAIVI. By visiting our website, making a loan application, or making a repayment through any of our digital payment channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1Definitions

IRAIVI

Refers to the brand owned and operated by Arul Financiers Private Limited.

Customer

Refers to any individual or entity availing financial products or services from IRAIVI.

Loan Agreement

Means the agreement executed between IRAIVI and the customer for any loan sanctioned.

2Use of Services

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our services.

Identity Verification

By providing your personal details, you authorize us to verify your identity, creditworthiness, and other financial information.

Product Approval

All products offered are subject to eligibility criteria and final approval by IRAIVI.

3Loan Repayment via Online Channels

IRAIVI provides multiple online payment methods for easy and secure EMI repayment, including UPI, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and eNACH mandates. By using any of these modes, you acknowledge that:

• The loan account number and payment details entered are accurate and complete.

• You authorize IRAIVI or its authorized partners to debit the selected payment method for the repayment amount.

• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds at the time of the transaction.

4Refund, Chargeback & Double Debit Policy

4.1Refund Policy

Important: Loan repayments once made are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same EMI.
  • Technical double debit.
  • Payment made in excess of the total due.

Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction, with relevant proof. Upon verification, refunds will be processed to the original source account within 7 to 10 working days.

4.2Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks will be entertained only in cases of:

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
  • Technical error causing unintentional debit.

Warning: Misuse of the chargeback process will be considered a breach of contract and may attract legal consequences or credit bureau reporting. IRAIVI reserves the right to contest any chargeback raised with the issuing bank or payment processor.

4.3Double Debit

In the event of double debit, the customer must notify us immediately with:

  • Payment date
  • Transaction ID/reference numbers
  • Screenshots or bank statement

Resolution: Verified cases of double debit will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

5Late Payments & Consequences

Late Payment Consequences

Delayed or failed payments due to customer-side issues (network, insufficient funds, incorrect input) will attract late fees and/or penalties as defined in the Loan Agreement.

Credit Impact: Missed repayments will impact the customer's credit bureau score.

6Data Protection & Privacy

Data Security Commitment

  • • We adhere to strict data privacy norms and do not store your card, UPI PIN, or internet banking credentials.
  • • All online payments are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • • Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible on our website.

7Intellectual Property

Copyright Protection

All content, branding, logos, images, and software on this site belong to IRAIVI/Arul Financiers Private Limited. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8Limitation of Liability

IRAIVI shall not be liable for:

  • Downtime or unavailability of payment gateways
  • Third-party errors or bank-related issues
  • User-side mistakes in transaction initiation

Our Commitment: Our liability is limited to correcting genuine errors and facilitating refunds as per the policies stated above.

9Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

10Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Legal Framework

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising in connection with the services offered by IRAIVI shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
